The Federated Civic Organization of Alaminos Laguna, Inc. (FCOA Inc.) is a non-stock, non-profit civic organization dedicated to promoting volunteerism, community development, social welfare, and public service in the Province of Laguna. We collaborate with government agencies, private organizations, and community partners to implement programs that improve the lives of our constituents.
Membership is open to individuals who support the organization's mission and are willing to actively participate in civic, humanitarian, educational, environmental, and community development activities. Applicants must comply with the organization's membership requirements and Code of Ethics.
No. FCOA Inc. is a non-partisan and non-political organization. We work with government agencies, local government units, private institutions, and community stakeholders solely to advance public service and community welfare, regardless of political affiliation.
Depending on available partnerships and resources, FCOA Inc. facilitates various community programs, including: Medical and health assistance, Community outreach and relief operations, Livelihood and skills development, Educational initiatives, Environmental activities, Volunteer programs, Civic engagement and leadership development, and Referral and resource mobilization services. Programs may vary based on funding availability and partner agencies.
FCOA Inc. primarily serves as a resource mobilization and referral organization. While we help qualified individuals access available assistance from partner agencies and institutions, approval and release of assistance remain subject to the policies, requirements, and evaluation of the respective funding agencies.

We welcome volunteers who are passionate about serving the community. Interested individuals may register through our website, attend volunteer orientations, or contact our office. Government agencies, private companies, schools, civic organizations, NGOs, and community groups are welcome to collaborate with FCOA Inc. through Memoranda of Agreement (MOA), sponsorships, joint projects, community outreach programs, volunteer initiatives, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
