The Federated Civic Organization Of Alaminos Laguna Inc. Is Committed To:

  • Unifying Diverse sectors to promote cooperation, respect, and mutual support among all members of the community.
  • Advocating for social welfare and economic opportunities that improve the quality of life of tricycle drivers, PWDs, seniors, LGBTQIA+, farmers, vendors, youth, and other community organizations.
  • Providing assistance and programs that respond to the needs of members, especially in times of crisis, calamities, or personal hardship.
  • Promoting civic responsibility and volunteerism through projects that strengthen community spirit and resilience. Partnering with government and private institutions to bring sustainable services, skills development, and livelihood opportunities to the residents of the Province of Laguna

Organizing medical missions, feeding programs, and relief operations to support vulnerable sectors and communities in need across the province of Laguna.

Sectoral Empowerment

Advocating for the rights and welfare of tricycle drivers, PWDs, senior citizens, solo parents, LGBTQIA+, farmers, vendors, and youth through various programs and initiatives.

Education & Livelihood

Providing scholarship grants, skills training, and sustainable livelihood opportunities to help community members achieve economic independence and personal growth.

Partnership & Advocacy

Collaborating with government agencies, private institutions, and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable programs and services that build community resilience.

Social Services
